Cancellation Policy:
We have a 7 day cancellation policy, which means if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date, we will not charge you any fees. If you cancel later, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, unless we can rent out the room/bed otherwise.
Group Cancellation Policy:
For groups of 6 or more, we have a 30 day cancellation policy. For group reservations we require full payment 30 days prior to your stay. For larger groups we also require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking or by April 30.

To make payments easier, all total cash rates are rounded down/up to the nearest full dollar. If you would like exact change, please let us know.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards. You can also pay with US$ traveler checks, which count as cash. We do not accept any personal checks.
All our room rates are based on a double (2 person) occupancy. Additional adults in the same room are $10 per person/night, children under 12 are free, 12 - 18 years old $5 per child/night.
