We strongly recommend making a reservation. We start taking reservations by email in January for the current year.

- from April - September: call us at the hostel (907) 224-7072 during our office hours (5pm - 10pm). If we are not answering the phone, we might be busy with guests. Then please leave a detailed message (name, what type and dates you are looking for accommodation and a phone number, with best time, incl. time zone, to reach you). It is still easier to send us an email. You'll probably get a quicker response.

All our room rates are based on a double (1 or 2 person) occupancy. Additional adults in the same room are $15 per person/night, children under 4 are free, 4 - 12 years old $5 per child/night in private/lodging rooms only.
Room reservations usually have a 2 night minimum stay. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a 7 day cancellation policy, which means if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date, we will not charge you any fees. If you cancel later, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, unless we can rent out the room/bed otherwise.
Group Cancellation Policy:
For groups of 6 or more, we have a 30 day cancellation policy. For group reservations we require full payment 30 days prior to your stay. For larger groups we also require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking or by April 30.
To make payments easier, all total cash rates are rounded down/up to the nearest full dollar. If you would like exact change, please let us know.
